I’m Megan and I’d love to tell you a little bit about myself and Winibees Bakery.

Starting with me, I’m Megan, director and chief baker/recipe maker/social media manager/shop manager (the list goes on) of Winibees Bakery. I’ve been pursuing my creative baking passion in a professional capacity for 10 years, 4 of which were spent as the Kitchen Manager at The Hummingbird Bakery flagship store in Soho, London.

Myself, my husband and our two children relocated back to Norfolk where I’m originally from, with a personal dream of having my own bakery one day. Post lockdown, we took the plunge and opened Winibees, my dream bakery, in July 2021. I’ve always loved the North Norfolk coast and as soon as we saw our picture perfect shop in Sheringham, we knew it was meant to be. 

Fun Fact: Winibees is named after my two children and is an amalgamation of their names: Winnie&Barnaby=Winibees 💗


I am extremely lucky to have my Mum, Mandy, as vice chief baker at Winibees. Legitimately this wouldn’t be possible without her! Mandy has always baked for as long as I can remember. In her spare time, she really enjoys walking her dog and spending time at the beach. But most of all, she loves being around her family, which is handy as she spends most of her time with me in the Winibees kitchen 🤣

Fun Fact: You frequently hear Mandy announcing, “I'm making caramel for the cornflake brownies in case I set the fire alarm off!”.


We’re a small artisan bakery that hand make all of our modern, indulgent and delicious bakes on site in our little kitchen at our pink bakery in Sheringham on the stunning North Norfolk coast.

We love getting creative with our flavours and styles of bakes, which is why our menu changes on a weekly basis. However, you will always find our famous, original recipe Caramel Cornflake Brownie on the counter and online all of the time (we’ve been told many times that it’s the best thing people have ever eaten 😋 and we’re here for it). We also have our core collection of NYC cookies on the counter along with cupcakes, cookie pies, old school bakes (hello toffee cream tart 👋) and a huge variety of tray bakes. Not forgetting our PUPCAKES for furry feet.

Always striving to the highest standards, each slice is hand made to perfection using high quality ingredients such as luxury Belgian chocolate (you can taste and feel the difference-they weigh a lot!).

We are takeaway only and also offer coffees, hot chocolates, teas and milkshakes in a array of flavours to compliment our bakes 💗

Our opening hours are seasonal-generally we are open 7 days a week from Easter to Halloween. From Halloween to Easter our usual opening days are Friday-Sunday and all school holidays.
