When do you restock your website?

We restock weekly on a Sunday or Monday, follow us on our social media pages for updates of exact times!

When will my order be dispatched?

All orders placed before midnight on a Wednesday will be dispatched on Thursday. Any orders placed after this will be dispatched the following Thursday.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We currently dispatch via Royal Mail Tracked 24, a fully trackable service where you will usually receive your order the next day. However, please allow 3 working days for your order to arrive before contacting us. If you need an order for a specific date, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate it.

Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?

Unfortunately we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been placed due to the system we use. Please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

How long will my bakes last?

When stored correctly our bakes are fresh for 7 days from dispatch! Each box is dispatched with a care card which has information on storing your bakes, including putting them in the fridge when you have received them.

Can I add a note onto my order?

Absolutely! Our cards with a personalised message are £2.00. Add one of our cards to your cart and leave your message in the notes section at checkout.

Do you offer collection?

We do! Just select Local Pickup at checkout and we will send you an email when your order is ready to collect.
